Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

If you select "Transport by courier" as the delivery method, a fee for delivering the goods will be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

Information about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.

 

Placing an order

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To place an order for a glass product of a certain size (e.g. tempered glass for the back wall of the kitchen or a shelf), select the type of glass or mirror, its shape, dimensions, processing method and other details you need (tempering, holes).
If necessary, you can upload a drawing showing the locations of the necessary holes, and then you can choose a convenient payment method - prepayment invoice, bank link or PayPal.
If you have decided to order a more complex glass by adding a drawing, you can also draw it on paper with a pencil, then take a picture of it with your smartphone or scan it and save it in a suitable format when uploading (jpg, png, pdf).

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.

The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned no later than within 14 days of sending the notification, or the customer can exchange the originally purchased goods for another product within the amount paid.

 

Delivery

Goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania

To pick up the goods, the buyer has the following options: courier within Tallinn, Omniva and Itella courier services, the option of picking up the goods yourself.

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

After the sales contract enters into force, the klaas24.ee online store completes the order and hands it over to the company's logistics partners for delivery, if the customer has ordered the transport service through klaas24.ee.

The delivery terms shown on the e-shop website are valid from the moment the order amount is received in NIKOMONT OÜ's bank account. Different products have different delivery times (it depends on the production time of the ordered products). Most products are manufactured in 5-10 working days, but heat-treated products (e.g. tempered glass) and some other products that are temporarily out of stock are produced max. up to 30 working days. Due to the mentioned differences, the maximum delivery time of the e-shop for ordered products is 30 working days.

In order to deliver the goods, true and valid data must be provided when placing the order.

The online store klaas24.ee is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online store klaas24.ee could not influence or foresee.

NB! If the program offers "FREE SHIPPING", then the goods will be delivered free of charge, returning the goods or ordering repeat transport will be charged!!

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 21 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.

 

Return

After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason. The standard form for withdrawal can be found on the website of the online store klaas24.ee.

As a rule, partial return of goods is not allowed.

The right of return does not apply to products that are not in the klaas24.ee product selection, are pre-ordered or made on the basis of a special order (including products cut to size of the customer's request) and items that have been used (in accordance with § 53 subsection 4 of the Debt Law Act).

If the condition of the item to be returned deteriorates, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the item only if he has used the item in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item, the Consumer should handle and use the item only as he or she is allowed to do in the store.

In order to return the goods, you must submit an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, the form of which can be found on the website of the online store klaas24.ee and send it to the e-mail address info@klaas24.ee.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has returned or handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.

Online store klaas24.ee will return the cost of the goods to the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the application.

 

Procedure for submitting claims

The online store klaas24.ee is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Consumer with the contract conditions or defects that appear within two years from the handing over of the goods to the Consumer.

In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the online store klaas24.ee within two months at the latest, presenting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.

If the product is defective, please stop using the product.

The online store Klaas24 and the Consumer agree on the repair or replacement of defective goods. Repair costs are covered by the company offering warranty repair for this product or, in its absence, by the online store klaas24.ee.

Online store klaas24.ee is not responsible for product defects caused by the Consumer's fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage of the product or non-intended use of the product.

In the event of product non-compliance or defects, please send a claim to the e-mail address info@klaas24.ee, where the name of the orderer, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the product's non-compliance or defect are indicated. If possible, please include photos of the defects.

A claim regarding the discovery of non-compliance or defects of the product must be submitted within two months from the discovery of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

All claims are reviewed and the Consumer is contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.

The consumer has the right to demand from the online store klaas24.ee a reduction in the purchase price or to terminate the contract and to demand a refund for the goods, if the online store klaas24.ee is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the online store klaas24.ee is not short of the goods within a reasonable time eliminated, unreasonable inconveniences have been caused to the consumer.

 

Direct marketing and personal data processing

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

 

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they should be sent by e-mail to info@klaas24.ee or by calling: +372 5645 7343 (EST, ENG), +372 5558 4484 (RUS)

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can familiarize yourself with the procedural conditions and submit an application here. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
